GameConnect offers research services, analytics, consulting, and educational content related to mobile gaming culture and digital media ecosystems. Our services include cultural impact research, player behavior analytics, and strategic consulting, subject to availability and scope agreements.

GameConnect's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding twelve months.
You agree to indemnify and hold GameConnect harmless from reasonable claims arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights, subject to applicable law.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference and should be reviewed alongside these terms.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with appropriate notice. We may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these terms. Upon termination, certain provisions may survive, including intellectual property rights and limitation of liability.
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes may be resolved through arbitration in São Paulo, Brazil, or other mutually agreed methods, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
We may modify these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through email or website notices. Continued use of our services following notice may constitute acceptance of modified terms.
